House Rules

Welcome to Causeway Coast Rentals we hope you enjoy your stay at Carnside Lodge.

We would appreciate if you could take a few minutes to read through the following House Rules.

Check-In is after 4pm, unless early check-in is arranged. Check-Out is Before 11am

• Absolutely no smoking allowed inside the property.
• Please check and comply with the terms and conditions of your reservation.
• Unless it has been previously arranged, there are no pets allowed inside the property.
• Please keep the gate closed to prevent any stray animals getting in.
• Occupancy is limited to the number of persons agreed as per your reservation.
• Please remove sand or dirt from your footwear before entering the property.
• Do not at any time sit on the furniture with wet bathing suits or dirty clothing.
• When leaving the property unoccupied, all doors and windows must be closed and locked.
• Do not move furniture around in the property and do not take it outside.
• Please keep the noise levels low and respect your neighbours.
• Should you break anything please inform us immediately.
• Wash all cutlery and crockery in the dishwasher prior to vacating the property.
• All food items must be disposed of/removed from the property prior to leaving.
• Please empty all bins before leaving.
• Please leave all linen on beds and place all used towels in the bottom of the shower tray.
• Upon departure, please ensure that the property is generally tidy, and all dishes are cleaned and put away. For any additional cleaning needed this will be charged to the tenant at £20 per hour, this is not including the normal clean that we provide after each booking.
• Departure is before 11am unless otherwise agreed. If you are not checked out when the cleaners arrive, a fee of £50.00 will apply.
